How we've gotten here

It was the spring of 2010.

We wanted a way to close the loop with customer loyalty on mobile phones instead of clunky old cards that no one wants to carry.

The epiphany hit us like a pallet of loyalty cards. Unique QR codes on receipts = no more card-carrying hassles. Eureka! We took this concept and built it into a simple and secure plug-and-play adaptor that works with the most popular POS systems in the industry.

The RewardLoop universal POS adaptor was born.

What hasn't worked

Location based check-ins, QR code check-ins and other vague signals; Fraud-prone mechanisms that offer no insights into how much customers spend or what they buy.

Security in mind

Every RewardLoop QR code that’s printed is valid for only a single use. We work hard to ensure a fraud-free system.

Where we’re going

QR Codes are great, but technologies like NFC* are even better. All RewardLoop devices are NFC ready, so if it should gain traction... you’ll be ready for it.
